Session 1

Our meeting was a guided session focused on "Unconditional Love" exploring vulnerability, self-discovery, and connecting with inner wisdom through music and meditation. Olivier and Megan provided guidance on being open to the experience, emphasizing that there was no "right" way to participate. They encouraged attendees to listen to their intuition and embrace the process of discovery. The session included a musical performance followed by a period of silence for reflection. Participants were also invited to share a word that encapsulated their experience.
